Once again, the fairies have been called to counsel at Fairy Circle under the great Oak tree to help solve a mystery. Everyone is having nightmares, and the fairies have to find a way to make them stop. In the action-packed sequel to Marigold and the Feather of Hope, the Journey Begins, Dragonfly and her friends must travel to the Dream Spider’s cave and ask him to repair the broken Web of Dreams. But is Marigold’s bad dream a presage of future events? Is Dragonfly in danger?
In Dragonfly and the Web of Dreams, young girls will delight in garden gnomes and Brownie pranks; they’ll be left sitting on the edge of their seats meeting trolls and wondering about the mysterious Sandman. And what of Marigold’s premonition concerning Dragonfly and the Dream Spider? Readers won’t be able to turn the pages fast enough!
My daughter and I enjoyed JH Sweet’s first-in-series, and we loved her second story of friendship and perseverance. Sweet’s books are absolutely wonderful and perfect for the blossoming reader. All little girls love fairies and magic, and while my daughter has discovered a new taste for lemon jelly beans, I find myself looking a little more closely in my garden in hopes of seeing Mr. Wimple, the garden gnome.
JH Sweet doesn’t disappoint, and I am positive her next two stories will be just as riveting!

I recently found myself in need of a birthday gift for a three-year-old boy, one full of energy and spunk and mischief. What this boy needs, I thought, is a tail; afterall, a tail is the perfect appendage for pretensions of fierce dragons, slithering lizards, and ferocious dinosaurs.
I immediately thought of Stacy and the Doodle Factory, the etsy shop where this stay-at-home mama offers her handmade creative creations. Her doodles are not limited to just tails, oh no! Stacy also presents the most magnificent tutus, splendidly crafted and bursting with feminine cuteness.
All tails and tutus are very reasonably priced at $25.00 and under. Place your order today!
You can catch Stacy and her works-in-progress by visiting her blog, Mama’s Doodles.

Beki has been selling her handmade products locally, in Kansas, for over four years and is now offering them online, as well. You can find pre-made and custom-designed jewelry and hair accessories at her Esty store, PamperingBeki. I recently purchased the Funky Mom coil cuff pictured above and have not been disappointed.
Moms are a sentimental lot, but that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our fun and funky style for bland and boring fashions. Beki offers a selection of styles for the Hot Mom, and there is sure to be something that suits everyone’s personality, whether it’s ultra feminine or decidedly edgy. And for all of us who like a taste of frugality, don’t forget to check out Beki’s Smokin’ Deals.
PamperingBeki is definitely on my hot list!
